help help help my ackin head changed spark plug modual relay sensore wires plugs oil it back fired now wont turn over oha my Gowd my ACKIN Head

I think you need to rethink your question, tells us what happened for you to do all this stuff, give us some more details. Remember we can’t see this vehicle; we need to know the history of this problem, what you’ve done in an attempt to fix the problem and what it is or isn’t doing now.
I know you kind of did but you’ve left out way to many details.
As in.

Did it back fire out the tail pipe or up through the intake.
When you say it won’t turn over; do you mean the starter is not cranking the engine (that’s what that normally means too me) or is the starter motor cranking the engine but the engine is not starting?
