heater/ac blower stopped working

Hi everyone, I am a do it yourself mechanic only out of nessa sity my hyundai sante fe 2003 blower for ac/heater just stopped working and it's cold in oregon, I have trouble shooted so far the fuses I could find and they seem to be okay, what should I check next to resolve this blurry problem. Please give me any help that might aid me in fixing my cold nights behind the wheel.. also I want to add that a week or two ago it started making a rattling noise but could not locate the origin, thought a paper clip fell in the vents, then it would only come on randomly when I turned the blower on or put it on auto temp, then two days ago nothing at all comes on, only when I try to get it to blow i can hear it begin to engage but then fail, I hope this info helps in trouble shooting my delema.

From what you describe,sounds like the blower motor itself has failed.
