That meaning valves can collide with tops of pistions when timing belt breaks or jumps far enough off time. Damage from that could vary a lot. If it's running very well and not consuming anti-freeze or contaminating oil also it could be the repair used some gunky goo after their work to prevent a come back for a leak if there was any uncertainty. If the case I'd flush out the system and clean the recovery tank and see if it returned.
