i dont know that much about cars but my car was working fine the other day when it was warm then it started to get cold and my preheat light stopped working and my engine wouldnt start up the battery was ok and the only way i could start it was to jump start. so what do i have to do buy some spark plugs to make it work again and can i fit the spark plugs myself mail me on my email. thanks

I see nobody has responded yet so I'll give this a shot. I don't know this car or diesels very well but the indicator light for the glow plugs not coming on is the source of this trouble. It should be on even if glow plugs were bad I would think.

TMK - there's a fair amp draw for glow plugs so I'd be looking for fuses or relays at first then perhaps an ignition fault??
