i have a 93 olds cutlass supreme fwd.front end shaking,had tires balanced.still shaking,but when i let off the gas ,no shaking.could it be c v joints or inner or outer tie rod ends??

You should check all items possible, brakes, bearings, CV joints, ball joint, TR ends etc. Since it stops shaking when you aren't on gas pedal it might be an inner CV joint - outers tend to express themselves more when turning AND on the gas and not so much going straight ahead if so,
