front end problem

what does it mean when u trun left that ur front left tire just pop it seem like that my wheel nut is loose it be wobble then when i get up to 60 mph it start to shake then i get on my brake it virbartemartellswife_tosha@yahoo.com somebody please let me now thank for yall help[code]

RIGHT NOW!!!! make sure the lug nuts are properly tight.
The folks here will need to know more info about the car - type of wheel to suggest anything more, T
