i've got some frame damage on a 99 taurus. Can't adjust the rear camber on passenger side. Talked to a guy who said that it would have to be put on a frame straightening machine. How much does something like that cost?

Your car is unit body but folks still call it frame straightening. Body shops either do that or farm that out to a place that sometimes just does that. It's expensive equipment and may go by the hour -- fairly big bucks -- guessing $200-300 min as set up takes some time too.

If from a collision straightening the car may change the gaps in body parts and the sky is the limit on all that.

How far off was it? Some cars are off a touch even without a collision and if close enough you may want to just let it be and rotate your tires more often.

I think a place is going to have to look at it to give you a better idea about the price, T
