UnsureI have 1999 Buick LaSabre 3.8 liter Changed starter and it turns over but not fire going to the ignition pack.... all fuses test good ..... what might it be.......

You aren't getting spark to the plugs? Or no power to the ignition control module? Or either, or both?
Check crank sensor.
