fix a ticket adivice..

hello,
i live in socal were law is no fun..
i just got my first fix a ticket and i been busy with work and yesterday was a day that i can get it fix.
the ticket was for having a exuast on my honda that is loud but i dont think so.. but the cop never tested it..so im going to put my stock exuast back on.so i went to my local police station and they say that its still loud and i told them i have a intake and they gave me another ticket to send the car in a referee..so now i have the first ticket extuast whice is yellow and i still have to take care of that one before the 31 of this month..the other ticket about sending it to the referee whice is pink.
so today im going to the junk yard and get a stock airintake..so now i have to go back on monday and get the exuast loud noise ticket fixed and the other referee some other time because its due on 25 of feb 09..
also the police didnt give me back my paper that was sent by mail of all my info on what to do now i have the original ticket and the new pink ticket and he put ''STATE REFEREE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED'' on both tickets..and on my first ticket its says CORRECTABLE VIOLATION is check NO so does that mean i have to pay the whole fine whice is 130$ and on the paper that was mail to me say that i just take it to my local police station and have it sign off and pay 10 fine..but now i dont have that paper..do i need to get that paper back that was mailed to me becasue now i dont have it..or the orginal ticket will do fine?
what do they do in the REFEREE? smog test it? or just test loud ness??
i know the law in san diego is tight had my fun time. but ever since i put my intake/exuast whice i never had problems before i pass by police all the time just one had to pull me over..thoe im not into fixing rice cars no more i just left the car how it was..and my car just has rims and exuast/intake but i having a integra thats one of top cars stolen/the look of my car get attention from cops/car jackers..
