NO - A/C is involved with the fans so messing with wiring I couldn't have a clue how messed up it is now. Bet this car would run fans if all normal with A/C asked for at any temp and you've interrupted the system which now need be back to the way it was made,

You car has two speed fans and shouldn't boil over on low speed unless there is an issue with the low side of the fan. First thing i would do is un-do any micky mouse wiring you have done and find the problem and fix it.. My guess is you low speed is not turning fast enough to cool or you have other issues besides fan's.

If you suspect fans are moving to slow in low speed First thing I would do is check Cooling Fan Resistor for low speed its located between the two fans with a two pin connector.

one side of connector will be
RD/OR
other side will be
DB (as of 12/24/01)
RD/OG (before 12/24/01)

You can check resistor with ohm meter go across the terminals there should be little resistance. If there is high resistance replace the resistor. if there is low resistance it still may be the issue proceed to next test below.

Try jumping connector with a wire (careful not to ground it to body).. turn car on let run the fans should go full speed once they are triggered to go on.
If they are still running slow put a positive lead on the jumper wire and negative lead to ground with a volt meter and see what your voltage is should be above 10v.

let me know how that goes.
