excessive idle Sign In

my 95 ford ranger 2.3 just started idleing very fast.I have cleaned the maf sensor and am not getting any codes.anyone have any ideas?

If you unplug the electrical connector from the idle air control motor, does the engine stall or idle really really low?

That doesnt seem to make any difference

You either have:

Throttle not closed all the way (not against its stop)
Vacuum leak
IAC motor is stuck
