engine baulks at 50 mph, smooths out at 60 mph

My 95 Lumina has the service engine light on and shows no codes when put on computer. It has 102,000 miles on it and shows no problems except baulking when I increase speed at 50 mph. Once it hits 60 mph it smooths out and does not act up when decreasing speed. Should I get it looke at.

Yes. Could just need a fuel injector cleaning and basic tune-up items,
