I have a 95 pontiac sunfire, when i open the driver door, it seems to drop a little, so it makes it hard to close, like you have to slam it hard to close it tight, the passenger door is fine. If not fixed, at some point, you won't be able to lock the door at all. Make sure all bolts at the hinges are tight and there is no play in the hinge once tightened.. Replacement is the best option. Body shops can adjust the door to buy you some more time.
