Check you transmission fluid level. It sounds like they may have damaged the seal which would have caused a bad fluid loss and low fluid would make it act that way.

We changed fluid and filter and is still not doing any different

Then you may have fried the transmission. I doubt it is a problem with the axle because it would either go or not go. There would be no "slow go" caused by an axle.

Check the trans fluid again and make sure the level hasn't gone down. If it hasn't, then your likely looking at a new trans.
