Did this happen to both doors at once? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Getting them open is not going to be easy. Somebody is going to have to try to manipulate the linkage from the window opening. I'm sure there's some kind of linkage problem internally but you first have to get the door open and remove the door panel to determine what it needs.

The door panels won't come off with the door closed. The window crank has a "C" clip on the shaft. The is a special tool for removing that.

Your going to have to reach inside and manually pull the release on the latch and just hope the latch itself isn't jammed up somehow. I hope you didn't break that door panel. I've never seen one that would clear the door pillar and the seats with the door closed.

There's only so much I can do over the Internet without being there. As I told you in the beginning, this is not something that is done easily with the door closed. You may have better luck rolling the window down and accessing it from the window opening.
