i have a 2002 cadillac devile 4 door sedan. i have had to replase both rear door window regulators. after i replaced the rr door reg. the door lock would lock that door but would not unlock it. then a few weeks later i had to replace the lr door window regulator. after i did the same thing hapend to that door lock. they work fine from the front door switches but only lock on the rear door swithches. it seems to me that they have gotten out of sinc some how. please see if you can help me.

If the rear doors will lock and unlock from the driver's master switch, that is telling me that the door lock actuators are okay and that the problem is in the rear doors' lock switches. I'd remove the door panels again and check the connections at the door lock switches. If they are okay, you can check the individual switches with an ohmeter to see if they are working both directions. Although it would seem awfully coincidental, it is possible that both switches have taken a dump.
