decreased braking power

100,000 miles
i just changed the front brake pads on my car, bled the brakes and now have approximately 40% of the old braking power. there is plenty of brake fluid in the master cylinder. i have bled all air out of the lines, starting from furthest from master cylinder, then working my way to the closest. need to know what i'm missing here.

What did you do with the rotors?
