crank, but no start

1995 Mercury Mystique 2.5 v-6
Occasionally the car cranks but will not start. At these times there is no fuel pressure and no spark. The car will then start after being towed to the service station. If the car remains still, it will never start. Has anyone heard of this issue with this car?

Arggh! Stuff like that causes rapid hair loss! Perhaps a wiring connection that when the car gets moved makes a connection so I would take a look around and see if connections look and feel snug. Hard to say,
