coolant concentration problem

hi
i have Daihatsu Coure 07 model.It uses Ethylene Glycol based anti freezing solution as coolant. My driver added water in it. now it is of light pink color. although after driving a while it did not evaporate but its concentration is disturbed.
what is effect of this concentration on engine?
what should i do now?

I've seen EG anti-freeze sold as blue, green, red and colorless. The one called Dexcool is a pink but really just EG with some different additives. The real issue is why it needed coolant added at all. Is this pink like a foamy pink which could be a problem with contamination of auto transmission fluid or maybe engine oil. Corrosion colors are usually more beige, whiteish and rust brown/orange.
See if you can still get a reading on its freeze protection level now and start looking at to why it was low to begin with. Coolant can leak anywhere it's held. Oil can enter thru head gasket and auto transmissions sometimes are cooled in the radiator so there is a chance of ATF getting in coolant or vs versa in the radiator. If hoses are feeling soft that would be indicative of oil in the coolant,
