coil pack cracking

1995 Dodge Neon Sport, 2.2, 150,000 miles. put 6 coil packs on and all crack within 2 minutes of car running. help

The only thing that can be doing that is either overtightening or there is something about the mounting that it's not seating flat. Other than the mounting, it's just electrical.
