have a 92 civic dx hatchback, 1.5l engine, automatic trans. car has always been dependable until we moved from arizona to missouri. when it is rainy or real humid the car will not start. if i leave the key in the run position for about 5 minutes i can hear the main relay click and the fuel pump hum for a few seconds and then it will start. when the weather is dry i hear the fuel pump hum right away when i turn the key. any ideas or suggestions. it is not the main relay as i pulled the one out of the wifes 95 and it does the same thing. has new cap and rotor about a month ago during routine tune up. any info would be great. thanks
