cigarette burns in inner door panels

Help, I want to get rid of the nasty cigarette burns on my Honda Accord LX/03. It's light beige and the fabric is like velour. Should I buy new ones? If so, where can I get them for less money or can a detail expert fix them? I want to sell the car and fix it up first.

I would consult a detail shop first. Some can do magic but if you look hard enough you'll detect the work, T
