have a 1997 jimmy, loaded, only in mornings, as i am going down the road it has a small jerk too it, and i see my r.p.m. hand jerking also, after it gets good and warm, say about 20 minutes of driving it stops. and i notice that sometime my oil pressure hand will be on about sixty pounds and then it jerks back and forth to 30-40 pounds, but this is not always.. thank you.. god bless.
sorry, the motor is a 4.3L
