Frown My 2003 chevy Malibu ran out of gas and now after adding gas it wont start can anyone help me?

If it is fuel injected you may need to pressurize the system; that I know may be needed. How to? Someone better can help.

Not certain for this exact vehicle but in general when fuel is run dry it's hard to restart. It may take priming at throttle body (starting fluid), bleeding air out at fuel rail (caution - hazard there) or perhaps a reset of some sort.

Electric fuel pumps really don't like running dry or even low on fuel too much and it might have croaked as they get a bit hot without fuel to keep them cooler.

If no "buzz" is heard when key is put in "run" position I'd begin checking if power was getting to the fuel pump - easy stuff first, fuses, relays etc.,
