car wont lock or unlock

i have a citroen xsara estate,when i put my key in the lock(drivers,passenger and boot)the key just turns all the way round wont lock or unlock wont do anything,any ideas

That usually means the linkage rod has come off and the door panel will have to be removed to determine what it's going to take to fix it.
