Do you remember where the oil changes were performed? If so, have them check your VIN and print a copy of the reciept.

Aftermarket warrenty companys (& OE) require you to follow the vehicles maintance schedules for drivetrain warrenties...i e oil changes, trans fluid & coolant exch's, etc.... Failure to do so voids warrenties....

That being said....With you saying you only need 3 reciepts. it sounds like you have only had the car for 15k. I'm assuming it was used with more than 15k on it....

Way2 is right....you need to go back the shop that did you services & get those other 2 reciepts.....

Even without them... depending on the mileage & what is wrong with the motor, skipping 2 oil changes won't cause immediate damage, it takes life off the back end, thus the reason for companies requireing maintance proof...

With the little info I see. It sounds like you pick up a recent Saturn with a possible previous condition & the warrenty co is try to loop hole it.......

Without the maintance prove it will come down to total vehicle mileage & then total time & mileage you had it. The more time & miles you've had it without maintance prove....the weaker your case would be......
