The car runs ruff when in drive but smooth when in park I have change spark plugs, wires , both o2 sensors,and coil packs. when i go start to go from a stop, i will step on on the pedal,and the car would hesitate,buck, the if I pump the pedal it would run. Once it running it is ok,until it come under pressure What else can I do Thank you Joe Luisbigpoppy User Oct 18, 2008, 10:19 PM Post #2 of 3 (1248 views) Re: car run ruf under in drive Sign In I would start with fuel pressure test. it sounds like a plugged fuel filter or more likely a bad fuel pump. you might have just enough fuel flow to idle or take off slow but when you really gas it there isnt enough fuel to go.
