I have a 1993 nissan sentra 1.6l dual overhead cam and I just replaced fuel pump, silinoid, and fuel pump relay switch. I finally got my car to start and it was running great i went for a test drive and it started dyeing out if i gave it anymore then just slight accelleration. It doesnt die when i come to a stop but sometimes it feels like i am only running on a few cylinders. Could it be a sensor? I also havent replaced my fuel filter but would it make my car run like that?

Could be a misfire causing your lack of power and rough idle. How are the plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor? Wires do wear out. If you pull the plug wires, look down in the spark plug wells for oil. If you have oil leaking down into wells, you'll have to reseal the valve cover. Always a good idea to replace the fuel filter any time you replace a fuel pump. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
