car does not turnover

I have a 2004 Envoy that has sat for 1 week. It will not turn over,only clicks. Lights and radio still come on. Help!

2004? Just clicks - probably just low amps available from the battery. Lights would still work with low amps. This should take a jump and you can see if it charges with just a voltmeter. It's at the age when original batteries if this still is, are junk and not a waste to replace now if so,
