Hi I am very new to this site so please be patient with me I recently purchased a cheap second hand N reg Ford Fiesta 1.2 Auto but my problem is this.. each time I lock the doors my alarm will go off ! This is completely random and I have to unlock the doors again to stop it. We have tried to disconnect the alarm by the battery but weren't able to, is this something I will have to take to a Ford dealer in order to sort out as I just want to know how to permanently disable the alarm on the car but don't want to pay loads of money. Thank you in advance

Hi I think its a 1996 N reg...I am not sure whether the alarm was installed after but I suspect not as it was previously owned by only one owner . I didnt think it would be so difficult to just disconnect an alarm but apparently it is...I was told I would have to strip the car down or something. The problem is the alarm goes off randomly so If I am not about it drains my battery! Thanks again in advance for any help !
