can I connect an edge products 15000 computer reprogrammer to my toyota?

Can I plug an edge products ver 15000 into my 04 toyota tundra just to see if the unit powers up?
The edge products is made for a Ford 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke.
Will plugging into my toyota mess up my computer or am I good to go?
I just wanted to sell this unit but wanted to know if it will power on.
Thanks for any help.
