camry 95 car strting problem.

well i have a 95 camry that wont start.
it will turn over. i have tested for spark.
i have tested the fuel pump its pumping.
i also have tested for compression wich registered
at 120psi for all the chambers. when i start it
its feels like i want to start but doesnt actually
sputter. ive sprayed starter fluid in it to see if they would get its started it didnt even sputter. (again i have tested the sparkplugs and they are good). the day before
i had been driving it with no problem then at night a very cold -15 outside i started it and drove for
a few blocks then jumped on the highway.
well the car would not go into 3rd gear i think
it would rev to 3000 rpm but not go past 40mph
if i reved it past 3000rpm it still would only stay at 40mph. also once i hit a hill it had a hard time climming it. once i got home i turn off the car and waited 3 mins and restarted to see if it would start
it did. so i decided ok ill leave it parked in my driveway for now and take my 2nd car to work overnight.
when i got back the car would no longer start just turnover. after all the testing i have no idea what the problem could be now. if anyone has a clue
please tell me.

also the spark plug wires, rotor, cap, spark plugs,
coil igniter, fuel filter, air filter, and oil filter are all
new i just did a tune up less then 2 months ago.
was running fine till now even in -20 degrees.
