cadillac wont turn on

my battery fried about two weeks ago and i got a starter alternator and battery check.Turns out i need a new battery. Got that done.........now all of a sudden it doesnt even start or tries to come on........is it a blown fuse or a i need a new alternator

probably more likely some sort of anti-theft device that has been activated when the battery was swapped out. consult your owners manual to see if there is a procedure to reset it
