buick wheel problems

i've been noticing a slight wobble in my 96 Buick Regal and it's been pulling slightly to the left. Today I looked at it from the front and noticed the left front tire is angled slightly away from the car body. anybody have any idea what this could be?

Hard to say, But if it is pulling and shaking you should get an alignment and have the tires balanced. All it takes is a slight impact with a curb or a large pot hole to bend a wheel or knock out the alignment.
