does any know how to get glass in the rear door of 1990 buick centry

You'll need to remove the door panel, first. Once inside, the glass is bolted to the regulator with, usually, two nuts. The glass is glued (special adhesive) into a channel. Any automotive glass shop can do this for you. Or, if you can find a used one, just a matter of unbolting and rebolting. Not a tough job.
