Just replaced the front rotors and pads on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler. When you use the brakes doing around 55 or so the front end shimmis like heck. What's wrong?

Re: brake shimmy Sign In

The source of the shimmy is probably warped rotors. This will feel worse with worn front end parts and all should be checked,

yea, it was the rotors.Returned them ( Auto Zone ) and went somewhere else to get another pair. Paid half of what I paid before and the brakes work just fine now. Thanks
