I have a '91 Geo Storm and the brake lights won't go off even when the car is turned off and unoccupied...what can I do before my battery dies ?

check at the brake pedal, there should be a button there that controls the lights-when brake is dressed the arm of the brake pushed the botton completing the electrical circuit; it may be stuck. At least, that's what I'd check.
