brake bleeding question Sign In

I was doing some work on my brake line and when I was bleeding the brake afterwards the fluid was coming out of the base of the bleeder bolt and not the head. (car is being towed to mechanic this morning anyway) Is that normal? just curious, thanks

It's just as plugged up bleeder screw. Remove it and clean it out.

If this is a rustbelt car then rust has plugged it and you will need a new bleeder screw. If not, clean it out like HT said.
