back tire pointing out

My back tires are pointing out, it feels like I'm driving on the insides of my rear tires. I was told to get a rear chamber kit and bring it to the shop. Is this correct advice?

you dont need to purchase the chamber kit. just take it to a reputable alignment shop and ask for a 4 wheel alignment
