axle keeps coming out why?

hello peeps I have 1997 Ifiniti I30t 5-speed. I had the car for about a year now this morning coming home from work my axle popped out so she won't move this is the second time this has happened first time the axle bracket was broken but thats how it was when I bought it. so i purchased a new bracket from the dealer had it put on no problems till this morning don't know if the bracket is broken again or not bout to go check it out now.
But what could cause this to happen I've been driving manual cars for 19yrs and this is the first time an axle has popped out on me now it happened twice?

Of course, recheck that bracket. I haven't run into this problem with Infiniti's, but some Chrysler product FWDs.
If a motor mount allows too much engine torque, it will pull away and allow the axle to come out of the transaxle. Just a thought.
