anti-frezze smell

have an 02 ford windstar with a 3.8 starting to smell like anti-freeze when air and defrost are on don't see any leaks anywhere.

Sounds like you have a heater core leaking. You likely won't see it dripping anywhere. This is a major job. The entire dash has to be removed and then the entire HVAC housing has to be removed and disassembled. You will need A/C recovery and recharge equipment too.
You can just hook the heater hoses together for now and that will stop the leak but you won't have any heat.
