I turn the key and it makes no sound. All the panel lights come on,the horn & radio works. I had the battery tested and it works & I had the started tested and it works. I had it towed from the grocery store on yesterday. Make sure battery is charged. Then check trigger wire on starter (yellow/grey wire) with a test light when ignition turned to start position. If no problems found, it starts to get more in depth. Are you testing/repairing this yourself? Do you have test light/multimeter and know how to use it? How were the battery and starter tested? Just to add: Is it fully in PARK? Try "N" also.
