I have a 2.8 chevy s-10 that is knocking badly. It gets louder when you rev the motor. I was wondering if you can put a 22r from a Toyota in it? I was told it will bolt right in. Or should I just rebuild it?

I don't know why you would ever think that would work. These motors are computer operated and the operating systems don't interchange even if you could physically make it work. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
