Wheel Hot burning smell

Wheel Hot burning smell Sign In
After driving a distance I notice a burning smell coming from the left rear wheel. The wheel is also hot to the touch. 1999 Toyota Avalon.
Any ideas?

Most likely a brake component failure . Need to get to a shop asap. Can cause a fire ,.
