Weird noise coming from engine after it is turned off

Hi all. I have a 2007 Honda CRV.
Fairly recently it has started making a weird noise only after the engine is turned off. It's a dull, deep bass kind of sound. It will usually fade out on its own after a few seconds. Or if I flick the key up to acc and then off again, that'll make it stop. Link below to YouTube with a recording of the noise (sounds louder in the video than real life).
Otherwise, no issues. Everything seems to be running fine.

The noise got louder when you got close to the ABS pump. There may be a problem with that.
