Water pump in 99 chevy malibu

I'm trying to replace the water pump in my 99 chevy malibu... and I'm having trouble getting the pully off to get to the water pump... I took off the 4 bolts and now I'm stuck. Anyone know what I should do??

Those pulleys fall off after you take the bolts out....
Tap it with a hammer...... Strange
