Vehicle making clonking sound when turned off

When I turn off my vehicle, I hear a clunking sound which I'm not sure if coming from the engine or under the van.

I addition i believe this sound is still happening when the engine is running buy maybe hard to hear due to the engine sound.
I hope someone can help in understanding whats wrong.

The video was nice but you never even identified what the year, make, model and engine size was.
By the sounds of the engine I assume it's a diesel but I have no idea what the noise is.
Something is still operating after engine off. You are approaching it the right way by trying to isolate the source. You just haven't gotten there yet
