Ungodly car noise video

Any help to diagnosis this is greatly appreciated.
A couple weeks ago, I started to notice that when my car would idle, it would feel as if it were going to stall. When I felt this happen, I pressed the gas to keep the rpms at reasonable level. I decided to see what happens if I just let it run, well it stalled, and ever since then it is making this horrible noise when I try to turn it over. Video below:

It almost sounds like the starter is hanging up in the flywheel. The starter, regardless, sounds terrible.

Agreed. Sorry guest - I did disable the video because of language - I understand but please not at this site. It does sound like starter to flywheel/ring gear issue.
Guess I'd try taking off the regular belt and see if noise is still there without accessories turning as a test,

Thanks. Two noises are telling. The struggle of the starter and when it runs both.
Does this even have oil in it? The struggle of the starter, squeak of "too tight" then the clack of valve train would all be consistent with low oil pressure for any reason and the most common is low oil.
If this uses a gauge for oil pressure it should jump up rather quickly when it starts. If it uses a plain red oil light or red engine icon of some kind that should be lit with KOEO = (Key On Engine Off) as a bulb check.
I hate to sound pessimistic but limit the run time and make plans as these sounds might not last long! Kaboom! Could be close to "Game Over" for that engine.
My opinion is this is a serious lack of lubrication problem with unknown level of damage now. If just low oil level it would be better (noise wise) and let it run for a while and if you think it's healthy change it right away,

Thank you Tom and Loren for your assessment. One event that springs to mind now that you mention oil, is that I received an oil change from Walmart about two weeks ago. Since then, I noticed the problem getting perpetually worse.
I do not want to jump to a conclusion that the fine employees may shortcut a job, but I don't think Walmart is known for their rigorous oil changes. I'll check the level this morning.

! This began and got worse from a routine oil service? No blame on a particular place as things can just happen. Wally World doesn't do automotive anythings at their stores around where I am and by itself is NOT the issue.
The "Quick Change" idea for a lower price and done FAST can invite a mistake. I've only observed this style service from a distance but the chance of getting an improper amount of what type of fluid in the right spot does concern me but could happen anywhere.
If by chance the wrong oil or fluid was used in the engine that could explain some issues! Take a piece of plain white paper and get a sample on it for color and more for testing. If it's water soluble* as is antifreeze, brake fluid that would be a disaster if used for engine oil or if oil was left way too low - arggh!
Check and see what you find,

*Water Soluble = those will just about rinse off your finger with plain water....

your idle RPM is controlled by an idle solonoid
that apparently quit working
There is a reason for the idle RPM change
check to see if the solonoid got unplugged somehow

Go ahead and log in "guest" it's ok! Look back a couple posts for the YouTube video on this engine. It sounds like a slow motion train wreck big time! Idle speed is the least of the issues at the moment from what I heard!
