Your changing the wrong one. The one for the hazards is to the left of the steering column and the one for the turn signals is to the right of the steering column. There is a flasher just for the turn signals under the dash to the right of the steering column. It's not in a fuse box. It's plugged into the end of a wire and may be taped to a harness.
