You never mention replacing the flasher. You will find it under the edge of the dash on the driver's side. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

No, that flasher does not effect the hazard flashers. Your changing the wrong one. The one for the hazards is to the left of the steering column and the one for the turn signals is to the right of the steering column. We are not talking about fuses either.

What do you want me to tell you? There is a flasher just for the turn signals under the dash to the right of the steering column. It's not in a fuse box. It's plugged into the end of a wire and may be taped to a harness. Your whole problem could be that it's been removed.
